FlowSEP series filter bag
FlowSEP series filter bag is designed for absolute filter accuracy and has prominent stopping efficiency and clarifying effect. The filter performance is matchable with tradtional expensive filter core of the same filter class, with filter efficiency as high as 99% and single bag filter volume is 7~10 time as that of a single filter core. It is easy to install and to replace. Optimized proportion tapering filter structure brings over pre-filter function, with higher dirt holding capacity and can save consupmtion costs.
It is 100% made of FDA grade PP filter material without any disengagement ingridents from pollutants such as silicone oils and adhesives. Tapering filter structure is comprised of flame-spray PP pre-fliter layer, multi-layer compound PP fine filer membrane and outer protection layer, which remarkably improves filter efficiency and dirt holding capacity. It can also be used to filter extra-fine soft particle impurities like glue and organics. It can stop soft particicles within the filter fibers by sufficient depth. Filter space per bag is 0.25m?0.5m?or 0.5m?
