MF series modular self-cleaning filter (MF filter) is used as filter element with multiple standard v-slot SLOT metal filter elements. Based on the concept of system integration design, multiple standard filter units are integrated into the filtration system, and the number of filter units can be added and reduced according to the actual flow rate.
MF filter is operated automatically, free of manual cleaning, low pressure difference, high performance filter element, complete backwash, less liquid for backwashing, and external high pressure backwash liquid. The MF filter can purify the fluid, protect the back-end critical equipment, and also recycle the expensive solids with the backflush drain. Suitable for filtration of water and low viscous liquid, and suitable for occasions where the pressure of the pipe can not fluctuate greatly. The system has a high safety factor, and can realize the automatic operation of single module disassembly and maintenance without affecting the whole system.
MF filter can be used to flush impurities on the surface of the filter by reverse flow of filtrate from other filtration units, and it can also use the clean liquid of external access to assist to flush the impurities on the surface of the filter screen.
The MF backwash filter belongs to two sub-series:
External pressure type filter, internal recoil, and through the filter module for import and export valve switch, use of filtration liquid flow within the system, realize the inner surface deposition impurity cleaning filter element, through the outlet.
